Stephen Jennings, CEO
Stephen started in IT back in 1998, but quickly found his passion in cybersecurity when he entered the banking industry in 1999. For years, he consulted for big corporations - companies like Subaru, GlaxoSmithKline, and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. The work was good, but something felt off.
He realized his heart wasn't in helping huge companies. It was in helping small business owners, the people who are the backbone of our communities. So in 2006, he made a big decision: focus completely on serving small businesses in our region. Best career move he ever made.
Here's what makes Stephen's background so valuable. He used to audit cybersecurity for financial firms on behalf of the banks they worked with. Now he helps those same types of firms pass audits and stay secure. He knows what regulators want because - because he’s done it. That insider knowledge protects our clients every single day.
With over 20 years in IT and nearly as much running businesses, Stephen understands both the technology side and the business owner side. When he says "we get it," he means it.

Louis has been fixing computers since he was a kid. He was the family or friend everyone called when their laptop stopped working. He turned that passion into a career, earning his A+ certification right out of high school.
